# 7 - time off

this is a picture from my trip to japan last year with my school friend. it was the first time for me to go aboard merely for traveling and it was also the first time for me to travel only with my friends. it was a new experience for both of us; an adventure of us in a country where we hardly speak the language. we were so excited!! however, what we cherished the most about this trip is the fact that, during the trip, our mind was free from all the worries. for once, it felt like we were free from any confinements, from any responsibilities. it's true that we were thinking and rushing everyday; where to go, where to eat, where to sleep. however, those are just temporary. it felt like, those two weeks, we lived day by day. just think of where we wanted to go and just went there. it is indescribable. it is as if you do not need to carry any weight on your shoulders. however, it lasted only two weeks. as we were back to thailand, everything was back to normal.
